Yes ! All Loopmaster PC builds are pre-installed with either Windows11 or Windows 10 Home (unactivated) for you to choose, however they do come un-activated.

You can choose to purchase an activation key with your PC at the configuration stage or you can obtain one later and activate in the future at any time.

Windows is perfectly fine to use as normal withought activation. However, some of Personalisation features will be inactive until a Windows Activation Code is entered.

Custom PCs can take up to 10-14 business days and custom cooling will be around 20 business days as we want to ensure every single product we put on your hand is perfect for long term.

Shipping estimate will be around 7 days. During peak time for example, Christmas, will be around 14 days or more. However, we will kee you updated.

Our operating hour is 9-5, Monday to Friday. After hours pick up also available upon appointment.

Loopmaster PC return policy provides the customer with the ability to return any item for a full refund provided it is approved by our staff member. This usually only occurs when there is a warranty claim. Providing the item is returned to us in its original packaging and in a reasonable and operable state, with no physical damage. We do not give refunds or exchanges if there is damage to a product after purchase due to alterations not performed by us.

Once a refund is approved, it should not take longer than 14 business days maximum for funds to be returned. BANK TRANSFER is preferred, so please provide your account name, number and bsb number in order to process this request.

All warranty items must return to us to checked through returns/warranty, without exception, or we cannot initiate a return of funds.
